Material and durability
The product is made of stainless steel (RVS) without additional coating. Stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant, hygienic and resistant to moisture and cleaning agents. The brushed surface finish is low maintenance and retains its appearance in the long term.
Practical tips
- Maximum tile thickness for the tileable door is 12 mm.
- Required recess in the (partition) wall: minimum 155 mm wide, 687 mm high and 126 mm deep.
- Apply silicone sealant to the back of the flange before placement; temporarily secure with stainless steel nails or screws.
- Tile the wall around the recessed box with approx. 2 mm clearance from the upright flange.
- After tiling, apply silicone sealant between the flange and the tiling for a waterproof connection.
- After the sealant has cured (approx. 24 hours), the recessed niche is ready for use.
- Set the desired opening direction of the door before installation.
